Chef Tim Love’s menu at Lonesome Dove is inspired by the ingredients and cultures of the Old West, with a modern sophisticated touch. Everything is excellent here, and we highly recommend trying the Rabbit Rattlesnake Sausage.
Paloma Suerte, also by Chef Tim Love, is a Tex Mex restaurant located right in the heart of the stockyards. Featuring the Chef’s own grown beef called Love Beef and menu favorites like tableside queso, you’re sure to have an excellent meal here.
Provender Hall is a luscious take on Comfort Food with entrees focusing on the elements of smoke thanks to the kitchen’s smoker and wood burning grill.
At 97 West, the on-site restaurant at the Drover, you’ll find contemporary Texas fare, elevated ranch favorites, and reimagined Southern comfort foods. This is also a great choice if you’re looking for a brunch option.
Joe T Garcia’s is the best known restaurant in Fort Worth. Popular with visitors and locals alike, this casual, family-owned Mexican restaurant is known for its margaritas and stunning outdoor patio. Joe T’s does not accept reservations and you should expect a line, but the wait is well worth it.

Everything at Clay Pigeon, a rustic, farm-to-table restaurant, is made from scratch, bread and ice cream included!
Gemelle is an Amalfi-coast inspired restaurant featuring a garden and bocce courts in addition to delicious Italian fare and frozen Aperol Spritzes.
For Texas Barbecue, we recommend Heim Barbecue which specializes in farm to smoker barbecue cooked low and slow over post oak fires.
Another excellent barbecue option, Woodshed Smokehouse is Chef Tim Love’s homage to all things grilled, roasted, and home cooked.
Wishbone & Flynt offers an approachable fresh, from-scratch seasonal menu. As a bonus, it also boasts an adjoining speakeasy bar, the Amber Room.
